🛒 Placing an Order

• • Pricing is displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in KYD unless otherwise stated.
• • We reserve the right to cancel any order (for example: payment issues, delivery location not serviceable, or suspected misuse).

💳 Payment & Billing

• • Payment must be completed in full before delivery.
• • We may offer multiple payment options (including digital payment and/or bank transfer); these will appear at checkout.
• • If a payment is reversed, declined, or disputed, delivery may be delayed or canceled.

🚚 Delivery & Timing

Slickery Lust provides Island-wide delivery within the Cayman Islands for a flat fee. We will message you with a delivery window once your order is processed.

• • Standard delivery window (Mon–Fri): 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• • Saturday delivery window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• • No Sunday or public holiday delivery
• • If you are unavailable during the confirmed time, your order will be rescheduled for Saturday

Once an order has been handed off to the customer at the agreed location, it is considered delivered.

🖤 Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged and delivered under SL Mystique for your privacy. No product names or explicit branding are shown on the outside of the package. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept discreet delivery.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are considered final once opened. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for store credit or replacement within 1–2 days of delivery, subject to approval. For full details, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Slickery Lust may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases from the date the terms are updated on the website. Continued use of the site or placing an order after changes means you accept the updated terms.
