To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • • A request for return is made within 1–2 days of receiving your order.
  • • The item was purchased and delivered within the Cayman Islands.

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or intimate products.

  • • Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  • • Once approved, our team will arrange a discreet pickup or exchange time.

💵 Refunds & Store Credit

  • • Approved returns are eligible for store credit or replacement only.
  • • No cash refunds are issued due to product sensitivity and hygiene laws.
  • • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at 345-929-5878 within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt inspection and replacement at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • • All intimate and personal-use products
  • • Lubricants, oils, and liquids
  • • Clearance or promotional items
  • • Gift cards or digital downloads

🚚 Local Delivery Returns

Returns are accepted for orders delivered within the Cayman Islands only. All return pickups are arranged discreetly under SL Mystique for customer privacy.
